Exchange Policy


We are forever grateful to have you as our customer and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase when you receive it! Our in store customers can exchange or receive a store credit within 15 days of purchase. Our online customers will receive a store credit up to 21 days. 

Prior to your purchase, feel free to contact us with any questions you might have before placing your order. We can assist with style and sizing advice to be sure you are happy with your purchase.

We also encourage you to shop in person at our boutique to try items on and ensure the  proper fit.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We are a very small, independent retailer and are not able to offer refunds at this time. We offer exchanges or store credit only. 

Store credits will be issued up to 21 days (online orders) and 15 days for items purchased in store. on items that have their original tags and packaging attached and are unused and unworn—no exceptions. Sale and promotional items are FINAL SALE.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees when sending items back for store credit. Kelly's On Queen is not liable for goods lost in transit.
